Who will win the NBA Championship? Detroit or San Antonio? It is now tied up 2-2.
Since Jesse got first pick with golf I'll do the picking.

Who will win the US Open? Pick your winner! It is being played this weekend. We each get to pick two guys. One at a time though, so you'll pick first, then I'll pick. Then you pick again and then I'll pick.
Loser has to mow the other guys lawn and bring over a 6 pack of beer so the home owner can drink while his lawn is mowed and then enjoy a beer with them afterwards.

On January 13th, Chris and Melinda placed their house for sale. They originally bought the house for $210,000 on April 17th, 2003. A second loan of $27,000 was taken out on the house on May 18th of 2004. The house is listed for $279,950 and boasts a 1/4 acre lot, 3 bedrooms, 1.5 bathrooms, and 2 fireplaces.
BET: Will Chris and Melinda sell their homes in under or over 45 days? Alex takes the over, Jesse takes the under. Loser covers the next buy-in of a poker game and has to go all-in after a half-hour of play (to be timed) for three plays in a row or until the bet is called.

I propose a bet on the winner of the Seattle Seahawks vs St. Louis Rams playoff game this Saturday. The point spread favors Seattle by 4 right now - not sure if you want points or not, but considering that Seattle has lost twice to the Rams this year I think it would be fair to go straight up.
Back to the beer - loser buys winner another selection from Central Market. We haven't tried anything new for a while.
